Ready to Begin? Here’s How to Book Your Wedding Florals

We’d be truly honored to be part of your special day! Here’s what you can expect when you begin the booking process with Fern Cottage Florals:

BOOKING PROCESS

  • 1. Fill Out the Wedding Form

    Start by completing our Wedding inquiry Form. Once submitted, we’ll send you our Pricing & Services Guide as a PDF, along with a few available times to schedule your consultation.

  • 2. Schedule Your Consultation

    We offer consultations in-person (locally in Redlands) or virtually via phone or video call. Once we confirm your appointment via email, you’re all set!

  • 3. Share Your Inspiration

    Send us your Pinterest board, favorite photos, or any visual references you love. We’ll use these during the consultation to explore seasonal flower options and begin shaping your floral vision.

  • 4. Receive Your Proposal

    Following your consultation, we’ll send you an itemized estimate within 1–3 business days. Your custom proposal is valid for 90 days, and we’ll hold your date for 7 days after the proposal is sent.

  • 5. Secure Your Date

    A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to officially book. Once received, your date is locked in and we begin the next steps in refining your floral design.

  • 6. Final Consultation & Payment

    Around 8–10 weeks before your wedding, we’ll have our final consultation to review and update any final details—such as floral choices, quantities, and delivery logistics. You’re also welcome to send us inspiration or updates at any point during the planning process. Your remaining balance is due 30 days before your wedding.
